The process began with interviews and research to understand the everyday challenges blind users face with current music players. The concept is built on how blind users are often neglected in the creation of digital products. Insights from conversations guided the design—focusing on tactile feedback, simplicity, and accessibility. A 3D model was then built to showcase how the product would work. Prototypes were tested closely with users to create a product that truly meets their needs.
